Meet Your Dog Trainer
My dog Opie was my “bad dog”.
He pulled on the leash to the point where he actually injured my shoulder.
He would lunge and bark aggressively at other dogs when we went on walks.
He even tried to kill my other male dog.
It was physically a pain.
But emotionally…it was so much worse.
The embarrassment. The frustration. The feeling of defeat.
My friends were telling me to rehome him. My veterinarian told me to euthanize him.
But I couldn’t. Because deep down, I knew he was a GOOD dog.
That’s when I started learning everything I could to help him.
But that was a frustrating experience in itself, too.
The classes were priced higher because he was a “bad dog”.
It was lonely and isolating working on those issues by myself.
I craved a community of people who were struggling with the same issues I was.
And that’s when I decided to become a dog trainer.
I wanted to change our industry for people like me…and for dogs like my Opie.
So, I have created a new program to be a more personalized experience.
This is me, you, and a small community of Dog Moms who want to be proud of their dogs behavior.
Personalized Training Plan
At our first 1:1 call, we will do a full evaluation to better understand your dog’s history, where they are struggling, and your goals (short-term and long-term.). We will create a 3 month game plan to get started that is easy to update as your goals might change along the way.
Weekly Group Training Calls
60 mins each. We’ll have group training calls so you get support not just from me, but with other Dog Moms who have experienced the transformation you’re wanting. You’ll get access to the replay for each meeting right after each call.
Weekly Dog Mom Hangouts + Q&A’s
These virtual hangouts are for you to ask questions, get support, vent, brag…whatever you need that week. You can use that time to work with your dog while chatting with other Dog Moms. Or, just hangout. I will be there to answer any questions and to coach you through any obstacles you might have.
Free Workshops
We host monthly workshops on various dog-related topics. We will cover things like how to get your dog to love nail trims, crate training, jobs for dogs, and much, MUCH more!
Unlimited Training
If for some reason something comes up in between group sessions that you need help with, I am here for unlimited training sessions via Zoom as you need them.
Direct Access to Me

In-Person Dog Mom Meetup
Once a month, we will meet in-person at a public park in either Abilene, Manhattan, or Junction City to work on whatever we need to work on with our dogs around other members of our trusted Dog Mom Community.
Unlimited Training Video Reviews
Members are encouraged to record their training sessions with your dog and to post them for our review. This helps us ensure that you are helping your dog the best way possible.
Intro to Dog Training Course
Access to our Intro to Dog Training Course that has basic training information that will reinforce what you learn in classes. We try to find days/times that work best for everyone. We frequently do polls to see what days/times work best for all of our members. Right now, training classes are Fridays at 7:00pm central and Dog Mom Hangouts are Tuesdays at 12pm central. All classes and hangouts are recorded and shared in the community afterwards so you ALWAYS have access if you couldn’t make it live!

Quite well actually! As a dog trainer who specializes in aggression cases, I have been using virtual training for years for safety reasons. Learning in an environment that is more familiar for your dog sets you and your dog up for success for day one. Once you’re feeling confident, you can join our classes from literally anywhere. Want to “take us” to the park with you for class? Zoom allows us to do that!

I am a Science-Based Dog trainer. Science-based trainers teach through effectively communicating with the dog in ways they comprehend. A variety of methods are used, including positive reinforcement, shaping, teaching by example, and more.
I do not use any techniques that are considered abuse.
We follow LIMA (Least Intrusive Minimally Aversive).
